JFF Technologies, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "JFF") understand that security and privacy are important issues for visitors to the Site. JFF recognizes the importance you place on keeping your information secure and confidential. It maintains the following standards to help protect information that personally identifies you. JFF may change the Policy at any time by posting revisions to the Site, and your continued use of the Site indicates your agreement to the revised Policy. Accordingly, JFF urges you to review the Policy at the start of each visit to the Site. If you do not agree to the Policy, you are not permitted to use the Site.

Your use of the Economic Order Quality Tool, the Forward Buying Tools, and any other tools that JFF may make available via the Site will require you to share certain information regarding your business with JFF or its business partners (the "Business Information"). The Business Information is necessary to the operation of the tools. You may always refuse to provide the Business Information, but such a refusal will result in the loss of functionality of the tools.

JFF will not use the Business Information for any purpose other than in connection with the operation and improvement of the tools or in the creation of new tools.

 

If JFF is involved in the sale of a substantial portion of its business assets, notwithstanding anything to the contrary JFF may transfer Anonymous, Personal, and Business Information to the third-party acquirer who will thereafter step into JFF's shoes and will be entitled to do anything JFF had the right to do under this Policy and the Terms.

The Site may contain links to Third Party Sites. JFF is not responsible for the collection or use of your information of any type at any Third Party Sites. Therefore, JFF disclaims any liability for any third party's use of any type of your information obtained through using the Third Party Site.
